However, cancellations can result in inconveniences and costs for both parties involved. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:
One-Way Transfer:
Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Hourly Service:
Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation requests must be made directly with our customer service department via phone or email.
The cancellation notice period is calculated based on the scheduled start time of the service.
The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in advance.
In the event of a "no-show" (failure to cancel without prior notice), the full fare for the service will be charged.
Any changes to the reservation, such as date, time, or vehicle type, may be considered a cancellation and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

In the event of a cancellation by the limousine service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the service, subject to availability.
We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid any unnecessary charges. We value your business and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

Thank you for choosing to pay through Online Payment Gateway. Kindly read the below terms and conditions and accept the same in order to proceed ahead with transaction.While making the payment of the booking through online payment gateway either by Debit or Credit Card or Online Net Banking, it is mandatory to take official approval from the respective Card Holder and Account Holder in case you are not the actual card holder. If for any reason’s transaction is unsuccessful and payment is not processed, you are required to remit or transfer the funds in our account within next 24 Hours else the booking processed through such failed transaction will be cancelled. If transaction is found suspicious by our risk management team and to protect your payment from potential fraud, we are forced to identify the credit card holder before we proceed with the payment. You may be asked to submit identification proof along with front copy of your credit card by email to complete your transaction. Failing which your transaction will be treated as failed. In such cases, you are required to remit or transfer the funds in our account within next 24 Hours else the booking processed through such failed transaction will be cancelled. Please get in touch with our support office to get help in this regard or email us. Transaction processing charge will be borne by you for using the online payment gateway to process the booking. Upon cancellation of payment gateway processed bookings, Uranus will process the refundable amount of the booking (If any) in the paid card only as per the cancellation policy. However, processing charges of such cancelled transactions still may apply to the Agent/card holder. Payment Gateway is an additional Payment option available for the user and is not the only option for making Payments. You can contact our support office from you, to make your reservation by transferring funds via wire transfers in our bank accounts. You can cancel or change your ride free until 3 hours before one-way transfers and 24 hours before hourly booking.
